Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests are considered for paid educational access purchased through an authorized Logicendpoint Core enrollment channel. Informational pricing on this website does not itself create a charge.

Timeframe

Submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed fewer than two graded or feedback modules (or equivalent progress markers described in your enrollment confirmation).

Full or partial refunds

A full refund may be granted when eligibility criteria are met and materials have barely been used. Partial refunds may apply when a cohort has started and live sessions already delivered represent a measurable portion of the fee.

Non-refundable items

Downloadable template packs sold separately, completed one-to-one feedback passes, and third-party storefront fees that are non-recoverable to us are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund process

Email support@logicendpoint-core.digital with your full name, purchase reference, program name, and reason. You may also call +82-2-067-8143. We may ask for verification before processing.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank or platform timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation

You may cancel future cohort attendance by written notice. If cancellation occurs after materials unlock beyond the eligibility window, fees may be retained or converted to deferred access at our discretion.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected. If a program is cancelled by Logicendpoint Core, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort.
